Founder and Director, Center for Utilizing Behavioral Insights for Children (CUBIC) at Save the Children International
Allison is the founder and director of the Center for Utilizing Behavioral Insights for Children (CUBIC) at Save the Children International. Launched in April 2020, CUBIC is the world’s first applied behavioral science team focusing specifically on the most marginalized children’s rights and welfare. Prior to this role, Allison served as country director for Save the Children in Lebanon and Thailand, and held senior leadership positions in Pakistan and Indonesia. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English and theater from Bowdoin College and a Master of Pacific and International Affairs from the University of California, San Diego.
