This summer, the course Diversity and Inclusion: Strategies to Confront Bias and Enhance Collaboration in 21st Century Organizations was covered by PhillyVoice for its cutting-edge material and approach. Co-taught by professional consultant Dr. Aviva Legatt and organizational psychologist Harvey Floyd, the course helps participants build strategies for addressing bias and creating collaborative practices.
