Course Description
This course will meet on a hybrid schedule. In-Person dates are: 1/22; 3/5; 4/9. All other meetings are online.
This course focuses on guiding organizations through the successful implementation of AI projects using an Agile Organizational Development (OD) Leadership framework, emphasizing strategies and leadership practices for adapting to change and improving operations. (No prior knowledge of AI is required).
As work environments and expectations evolve, leaders and teams must navigate complex challenges. Throughout the course, you will work with corporate clients to help them identify emerging patterns, foster a culture of continuous learning, use agile business thinking, and engage in meaningful conversations to drive sustainable transformation.
The coursework highlights the importance of alignment, accountability, and inclusive team development. AI will be a key tool in this process, but the course emphasizes the need to apply OD leadership for its effective implementation.
By combining contemporary research on agile, AI, and leadership practice with lessons learned from applications at Fortune organizations, this interactive course will provide you with a strong theoretical framework and practical experiences to create your own enterprise-level transformation project. Non-Dynamics students: please include a brief job description in your Permissions Request.
