Course Description
Creativity and innovation are widely accepted as necessary for building successful new ventures and for sustaining existing organizations. It is sought after by businesses, governments, and non-profit organizations. It is believed to be necessary for future growth and sustainability. This course takes a multi-disciplinary approach to understanding creativity and innovation, building a culture that encourages creativity, and finally executing a strategy to bring small and big innovations to market. It mixes creativity and innovation theory, philosophy, sociology, leadership studies, and psychology to first understand and then to lead and execute an innovation strategy.
