Course Description
This course helps students learn how to make evidence-based decisions in a public sector context. The course introduces important data analysis skills and help students evaluate the quality of studies undertaken to measure the impact of public policies and programs.
This is a "hybrid" course, with synchronous, online meetings and once-monthly, on-campus meetings in Philadelphia, PA. Fall 2022 on-campus meetings will be held the following Saturdays from 9:30am-5:30pm: September 10, October 15, November 12, December 10. Class will also meet online every Monday evening from 5:15-6:15pm.
