With more than 25 years of executive leadership experience, Wayne Tarken helps leaders and their organizations develop the capabilities to deal with complex challenges, like AI, mitigating risk through incremental, OD HR projects designed with emergent agile leadership practices. Calling upon his prior experience as a Scrum master and senior professional in human resources, he created the EBIT2DA framework for the non-IT leader who wants to get the benefits from agile without needing the technical capabilities.

Wayne co-founded the Agile HR Consortium, a global group of organizations that collaborate on the development of practices, tools, and resources for the non-IT leader. He is a faculty member at the University of Pennsylvania where he teaches two graduate Agile OD leadership courses. He is an in-demand speaker and author of multiple books, chapters, articles, and posts on Agile OD Leadership as a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer (CPT). He coaches leaders to improve their physical fitness as a foundation to improve business fitness. He graduated from Temple University with an MBA in human resources/management and a BA in economics.
