Program Director, Organizational Dynamics Programs

Amy Ware is the program director of Penn's Organizational Dynamics Programs. With expertise in curriculum development, research design, inclusivity, and innovative problem-solving, Amy's career sits at the intersection of higher education administration, research, and teaching. In particular, she focuses on the ways the arts and sciences have everyday applicability in the workplace. Before coming to Penn, Amy co-founded Human Dimensions Organizations, a program with some similarities to Organizational Dynamics Programs, at The University of Texas at Austin.

Amy holds a PhD in American studies from The University of Texas at Austin and an MA in American Indian studies from the University of California Los Angeles. Her academic research focuses on American Indian cultural history and ethnic expectation.
