Affiliated Faculty, Organizational Dynamics Programs

Claudia Tordini has been working at the intersection of art and experiential learning since she started her Master of Philosophy in Organizational Dynamics. Her capstone on Art as Enhancement of Experiential Learning triggered her journey of research, discovery, and design in the field. Since then, Claudia has developed many courses, programs, and workshops that use art to leverage experiential learning with a particular focus on developing leadership skills.

At Penn, Claudia developed and taught two courses for the Organizational Dynamics Programs, Developing Emotional Intelligence Through Art and Art and Relational Skills, now combined into Becoming an Agile and Creative Leader. She also teaches Art as Intercultural Dialogue, an undergraduate course offered in the Visual Studies program as part of the Paideia Foundation Program at Penn.

In 2021, Claudia launched the first of its kind one-year leadership development program that leverages experiential learning through the arts. She is in the process of expanding the depth and reach of this program.

Claudia has an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Philosophy in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania with a concentration in Organizational Consulting and Executive Coaching. She earned her degree in industrial engineering from the University of Buenos Aires.
