Amrita is a recognized trailblazer in the field of post-disruptive growth. She serves as an affiliate faculty member in Penn's Organizational Dynamics Programs (MSOD) and previously served as co-chair of the program's Leadership and Organizational Coaching concentration (LOC). As a renowned author, speaker, and trusted advisor for firms across Asia, Europe, and the US, she channels more than 24 years of business leadership experience. Due to her contagious passion for teaching, coaching, and international consulting with complex organizations, she has been a frequently invited guest lecturer with the Wharton Executive Education for their equally esteemed global audience.

Amrita holds a PhD in posttraumatic growth in adults through the COVID-19 pandemic and is currently finishing her book on growing beyond the pain of trauma and collective disruption. Her work brings her to many countries, and she often returns with extraordinary instances of human perseverance through crises, poems, spices, and gentle absurdities that inform her work in life and her living.
