Hazen and Sawyer, Associate Vice President
Eileen McCarthy Feldman is an Associate Vice President at Hazen and Sawyer, a consulting engineering firm focused exclusively on water-related work. She is involved in water supply, treatment and distribution projects, primarily for New York City and water utilities in the Northeast. Her work includes groundwater and surface water treatment including emerging contaminants, water system planning and aqueduct rehabilitation. In 2002, Eileen graduated from Penn’s Jerome Fisher Program in Management and Technology with dual degrees in environmental systems engineering and management. She serves as the Chair of Research and Technology Transfer Committee for the New Jersey Section of the American Water Works Association.
