Course Description
This course explores the direct and indirect relationship between thoughtful communication practices and the ability to achieve organizational and interpersonal goals. Participants expand their communication repertoire while gaining insights into their organizations communication culture. As course co-collaborators, they contribute personal insights and expertise throughout the semester, working with partners and teams as they become more agile and audience-focused communicators. They learn to recognize how context, status, and perfectionism influence all interactions, increasing the chances for successful communication. By the end of the course, students will be better equipped to communicate effectively with multiple audiences on various topics, with or without AI assistance.
